The Chromosome Browser is available within the website.

When viewing matches on the various Autosomal searches, you may notice a Chromosome Browser link.

Clicking this link will open the Chromosome Browser in a new tab.

If you return to the search and click the Chromosome Browser link for a different match, it will open up in the same tab as the previous.
This will allow you to compare your matches on a chromsome level, with the Multiple Chromosome Browser.
